Flat Rate Shipping:
$3.00 for your first item
+ $1.00 for each additional item

All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping:

• Production Time: 2 business days

• Shipping Time: 2–5 business days

• Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days total

returns & exchanges

At Double A Threads, all items are made to order, which means each product is custom-printed just for you once you place an order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not available for sizing, color, or change-of-mind reasons.

damaged or faulty goods

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we’re happy to help! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund—no need to send it back.

Note: Refunds are issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method based on your transaction setup.

If there’s a delivery issue (like a package not arriving), a reprint can be offered at an additional cost, or a partial refund may be available.

Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5") on Direct-to-Garment (DTG) items are within standard tolerance and not considered defects.
